We’ll tell you honestly during the scoping call. Larger projects can be split into a $3,000 MVP phase followed by a second phase once you’ve validated the idea, or scoped as a custom project with its own quote.

Do I own the code and design after launch?

Yes, completely. You get the full source code repository, design files, and ownership of all accounts (hosting, domain, app store listings) created for the project. There’s no retainer or ongoing fee required to keep using what we build.

Typically Next.js/React for web, React Native (Expo) for mobile, and Node.js with a managed database (Postgres/Supabase or Firebase) for the backend — chosen for speed of development and being easy for future developers to pick up.

The deposit only covers scoping and the start of the build — the rest is due at launch, so there’s no incentive to disappear with most of your money and every incentive to ship. You also get access to the actual code repository from day one, not just at handover, so you can see progress directly instead of taking status updates on faith.

If new requests come up mid-build that would blow the timeline, they get scoped as a fast-follow after launch rather than silently extending week 4, so the original deadline stays intact.
